The Data Vault:
? a high speed data storage server scaling in size from 1 Terabyte to 15 Terabytes of storage space.
? maintains redundant data within its own drives and can duplicate itself to an externally connected drive for offline backup; data can be synchronized periodically or in real time.
? synchronizes its data and settings with another Data Vault providing failover capabilities; can also synchronize its data to offsite servers or a Data Vault in another location.
? multiple network ports providing storage for departmental networks and/or dedicated duplication with a second Data Vault.
